Ipad apps hang when updating
Hold the buttons till Apple logo appears on your device's screen. On the right side of i Tunes screen, you can see a list of apps; next to it is Home Screens. Double-click on a Home Screen where the app is stuck.
If you are not able to update app in your i Phone or there is no progress in the update, it is better to delete the app from i Tunes and start afresh. Connect your i Phone with i Tunes on Mac or Windows computer.
